BM Cambodia carried out a detailed data collection initiative to explore the perspectives and attitudes of residents living in Phnom Penh toward Borey housing developments—a growing segment of the real estate market in the capital. The objective of the study was to gain in-depth insights into public opinions, preferences, motivations, and concerns related to purchasing or living in Borey properties. The research targeted a diverse sample of Phnom Penh residents across different districts, age groups, income brackets, and housing statuses to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the urban population’s views. Data was collected through structured face-to-face interviews conducted by trained field researchers using a standardized questionnaire. This approach ensured consistency and high-quality responses, capturing both qualitative and quantitative aspects of residents’ experiences with and perceptions of Borey housing projects."
