"BM Cambodia successfully implemented a structured fieldwork project to collect primary data on banking usage and financial behavior among the Cambodian population. The data collection was conducted across four major provinces—Phnom Penh, Kampong Cham, Siem Reap, and Battambang—targeting a total of 600 respondents. The survey aimed to explore various aspects of banking usage, including account ownership, frequency of bank visits, digital banking adoption, and customer satisfaction with financial services. Respondents were selected using a stratified sampling approach to ensure representation across different age groups, genders, income levels, and urban-rural locations. Trained enumerators conducted face-to-face interviews using standardized questionnaires to ensure consistency and data quality throughout the fieldwork process."
